Our Delicious Story
El Pacifico was born from a love of the bold, coastal flavors of Nayarit, Mexico. Its founders wanted to share their hometown’s seafood traditions with Alabama.
Inspired by family recipes, they crafted a menu full of authentic dishes like ceviche and grilled seafood. El Pacifico quickly became a local favorite, known for its vibrant food and lively atmosphere.
